They advertise having a pool in a hot tub and there is none it's not even put up it's all covered up and that has been used in a long time

staff was extremely rude and never gave information about wifi or anything included in the stay, key card didn’t work even after we got it replaced, dirty bathroom, AC did not work well, the outside was trashy

The hotel and the room itself was clean and the staff was very helpful. And they didn't super upset at us for oversleeping... so embarrassing.
Negatives:
The room key didn't work. Ever. For either the room or the outside door Staff had to let us in our room. And the breakfast left little to be desired. Plus there was $100 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere that kinda upsets me bc now I'm waiting for the money to be refunded to me. They keep saying it'll go back to my card, but when? No one will tell me.

I was the only guest that night. The empty and poorly lit parking lot made me uncomfortable. I wondered if the hotel was even open. The machine to make card keys wasn't working so someone had to let you in each time. I parked my car at another hotel.
