Positives: Our suite was huge and very comfortable & clean. All basic dishes and everything for a stay-in meal was included. Pool towels were unavailable, but Hubs went to the desk to ask and the staff handed him a fresh load out of the dryer to carry into the pool area.
Negatives: The breakfast food was tasty, but sparse! Oatmeal, dry cereal, prewrapped breakfast sandwiches, bananas, and a few dairy products were only items available on the one side of the line. the layout of the breakfast line was horrible and created an extensive backup of guests waiting for access to the hot food while long lines of other guests waited for the DIY waffle machine. We waited for 40 mins to get to the hot food trays & wouldn’t have needed to wait for the waffle maker if there were other bakery options (muffins, pancakes, French toast) for our grandkids. Many others worked their way around the other tween/teen guests. A better layout for plates and hot trays might create a better experience for all.

Positives: The location was very convenient for our purpose of traveling to Kearney. The hotel had a nice green space for our puppy and was close to other walkable areas.
Negatives: The hot tub was not available due to maintenance.

Positives: Was able to handle everything using the Hilton Honors app on my phone. Actually had no interaction with any staff. Is a very clean and quiet facility. Due to having a medical procedure the next morning, we had to leave before breakfast. We've stayed a few times previously and really hated to miss out on the breakfast offerings this stay. Excellent, comfortable place to stay!+
Negatives: Only that we had to miss breakfast this trip.

Negatives: Disappointed in the TV quality and the fact it wasn’t a smart TV. We had plans to be able to find a movie to enjoy and that wasn’t even available. All they had was basic cable (guide didn’t work) and poor picture quality.
