Smoking room was the only thing that was positive. Everything else was bad!

No light bulb in lamps, nobody at front desk, had to call from cell phones to get help at front and then had to wait. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Insufficient shower curtain, had holes and no liner! Filthy, bedding had holes and stains, floor was nasty and the lady that does the breakfast was rude!!! Not a good neighborhood and I didn't feel very safe or secure. Would NEVER stay at this disgusting place again!! And the price for what I got in an empty place was ridiculously expensive!! A dumpster would be better!!!

The whole reason I booked this “cheap” hotel was because it was the only one I could find that had a jacuzzi tub. my husband is a larger disabled gentleman and he needed to soak in an hot bath, not only were the handles, the faucet and the drain stopper loose, the tub was barely holding water, we were suggested to “clog the drain with a bag full of water” and then I was charged $50 more than the booking.com website said the room was going to be. The room was in poor condition, the paint was chipping off the walls, the grout was coming out and dirty.. there was a burn hole in the sheet.. there was rust around the drain… oh and I found a used condom wrapper in the couch..
