Positives:
Well this place is brand smacking new. And u can tell, everything works perfectly and looks 10 of 10.
Negatives:
Only 1 issue for me and could change depending how sensitive you are to noise. But it seemed like the walls were very thin. I could here people in the room next to me as if was sitting on the couch in their room.

The breakfast was good. The Wing restaurant next door was excellent.
Negatives:
We were unable to get to sleep until after 2 AM because our room was right next to the lobby where there was a crowd of people being loud and rowdy. When I went out to ask them to be quiet I was surprised to find that there were staff members of the hotel among the group being rowdy. They were apologetic, but the noise did not go down for over an hour after I approached them.

The toilet barely worked, the bed was very uncomfortable, and we found 5 stinks bugs in our room.
