The staff was really friendly up front and they were more than willing to help fix our TV. The staff the staff was very polite

Basically the hotel the beds were out of date big time the springs were broke down in them and just overall it was just a nasty situation the hotel had a mild odor in it all the walls were painted extremely bright colors the paint was smeared everywhere

Room was dirty and run down. Stains on the furniture, bed comforter. Per hair on sheets. Room smelled. I ended up leaving early because I didn't want to sleep in that bed. Was charged a $30 deposit that was not mentioned when booking room.

NOTHING! They say there are coffee makers in the rooms, there wasn't a coffee maker in our room. Had to change rooms, the 1st room, there were dirty towels in the bathroom and the bed wasn't made. EXTREMELY DISPLEASED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSETTLING

mgr/owner,unprofessional.The day we were leaving,I went out to get coffee because he refused to make some said it was after 9am.He then walked in on my wife who was in the room,said he thought we checked out,she had to push him out 4 him to leave!

I thought the room was clean and nice looking. Nice view.

Staff yelled at me and called police, because I didn't check out after they had told both me(in their office) and my husband(on their phone) on Friday that an extra night(saturday) had been paid. Left in tears, feeling judged and shocked at their behavior

The location and view of the mountains were amazing. The front desk staff was really friendly and personable.
Negatives:
There was mold on the ceiling inside the door. The Interior doors were filthy. The toilet did not flush properly. Our nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. There were Cigarette burns on the comforter. Missing outlet cover behind the bedside table.

Does not include continental breakfast has lousy coffee and stale donuts. The rooms were so poorly painted and they smelled musty

Dirty, no bar of soap , shampoo, plastic cup, etc, towels were white with dark stains, white walls and doors had dirt and handprint, refrigerator was nasty itis not anything I would recommend.

There was a mouse in our room the morning we left, a guy outside with a gun and rat traps in the parking lot.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel has an artsy feel about it with a wonderful valley view toward the Western sunset. The McCaws are delightful!
