Room confirmed was non smoking king. They gave me a double smoking room. The smell was terrible but i could not cancel as no other rooms in the area. TV did not work. Sheets were clean but nothing else was. Dead bugs (and a few live ones) in the room

The hotel was clean and updated. When I walked into the door, I could tell through both visual observation as well as smell that the hotel was very clean.

Room 219 was dirty and had no heat. The staff member at the front desk moved me to 218 which was clean and had a working heating system .

mold on ceiling in shower, sticky carpet through out, no elevator, front desk person moderately uninterested in their job.

hot water ran out in five minutes. front desk staff was very rude and charged for an additional night without even telling me.

Extremely strong cigarette smell, carpet and bed sheets had stains. Staff did replace sheets upon request. We went to Walmart and bought room deodorizer to try to make it bearable while in room.

I stay at this hotel everytime I come to town and I can say they are making a huge effort to create a positive experience for the guests. The past few times I have stayed, there are updates and improvements going on and its a very nice place to stay.

The location is relatively convenient, and the breakfast is excellent!

My room was dirty when I checked in. There was trash in the corner and the table had not been wiped off.
