The location was great really close to everything. The rooms had a nice Kitchenette and rooms were spacious and had lots of shelving and cabinets for our items/clothes. The breakfast food was good but the staff had a hard time keeping up with restocking the food and coffee. Had to heat up food because the temp was too cold for some items.
Negatives:
The dishwasher in the room didn’t work. Housekeeping only cleaned our room once in our 4 day stay and that was only to make beds, restock towels and toilet paper no real cleaning was actually done. And we had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room. The hotel completely emptied the pool and refilled it while we were there so it was freezing cold water. We brought our dogs with but the dedicated area outside for them was overgrown and not mowed.

As soon as we walked into hotel it smelled so good and everything was like new. Easy checkin and checkout and checkout was later than most hotels , it was 12:00. Room was very big around 475 square feet. Everything looked new , it had small kitchen with a regular refrigerator. It had sofa bed, computer desk with chair, 2 queen beds, ottoman, 2 dresser’s and each had 3 drawers and 3 big shelves. Had a big shelf across a wall to put your stuff on also . Had a closet to hang clothes on and put suitcases in. We had daily room cleaning which included: made are beds, put clean towels out , took out our garbage. Only thing I didn’t like was the sliding barn door going into bathroom. It had cracks where someone in room could see whoever was in bathroom when passing by . The kids loved the heated pool , it was kind of small but the water was warm. Employees were nice and helpful. I wish breakfast lasted a little later . It was from 6-9 am . It had waffles, toast, boiled eggs, omelets, cereal, bananas, muffins, bagels, gravy with biscuits, yogurt,grits , toppings like jelly, nuts, chocolate chips,
nuts, peanut butter , etc, and a few other items . Had milk, orange juice, apple juice and another juice. Had coffee, water and hot chocolate out all day . Had workout room and washers and dryers for people to use . I think they were around $2 and dryer had timer for a hour to use it. Had food and drink items to buy beside front desk. Had a lot of places to eat at nearby and also Walmart and Target nearby. Lots of eating and shopping places nearby . Took around 25 minutes to get to Cincinnati Zoo.

Very clean, well stocked, spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We stayed on a Thursday night. Weekday mornings breakfast is from 7 - 9. With 20 minutes left of the 2 hour breakfast window, the lady working the breakfast area refused to make more gravy or put out more prepared biscuits even though the dining area was very busy including a very long line of people waiting to eat. When my husband explained that he was needing to pick up breakfast for the 3 people in the room with a 2 week old baby, he was handed 2 frozen biscuits and told he could put them in the microwave. Coffee was empty. Check-out is at noon. At roughly 9:15 housekeeping arrives to clean the room next door - I'm convinced they opened and slammed every door and cabinet (a LOT of them) in that room at least twice! EXTREMELY LOUD the entire time they were in that room! Would have been nice to be able to get that nap that we should have been able to get after being up and down with a newborn all night and a long day of travel the day before, however, housekeeping made sure that was impossible. One requirement that I specifically looked for when looking for a room to book, was a hot breakfast (we were also traveling with an 8 year old). Needless to say, we did not get a hot breakfast & left the hotel hungry, which required an additional stop and more $$ before we could continue with our travel. For almost $200 per night, I expected better.
