The hallways had a lot of bad odors as you walked through to your room ( mildew/ animal waste, etc.) this could be because the exits( not the lobby exit) is not kept secured, the door remains propped open so that ANYONE can enter. I moved the rug that kept the door ajar 3 times. But it was always replaced. In the morning it was clear that people who were NOT paying to stay in the hotel were entering that door.
Lights in the room did not work & most importantly the toilet clogged & when we called the front desk it took over an hour to get a plunger delivered to the room. We even went to the front desk & asked for the plunger, only to be told they were having trouble finding the plunger. Lastly, as we left the room to try & get a plunger out room key then stopped working, we were told “ sometime that happens once housekeeping starts entering rooms”.
