Asked for a ground floor room since my sister is disabled and has a hard time walking...was told none were avaiable eventhough there were only 6 or 7 people in the whole hotel. The room was gross, water damage in the bathroom, cracked walls. Looked like they painted over mold in the shower.

The room didn’t look like it was clean before we got there. The sheets were ripped and had blood stains on them. Not sure if they were fresh or just an old stain. Gum on the picture on wall behind bed that almost got stuck in my hair. I complained about all of this and all I got was thanks for letting us know we’ll do better next time. Hope to see you back soon.
