The laundry dryer was thumping against the wall !! The office personnel wasnt even in the office 98% of the time. We didnt get the room we paid for.

The hotel was dirty. Carpet was sticky in the room, TV did not work. Lamp shade was FALLING OFF of the lamp. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. There were stickers on the fridge as if someone had previously been living in that room.

Supposed to be non smoking hotel,drugs smoked in many rooms,I took pictures as proof of the smoke alarms not working,my room was cleaned 4 times , I made a little Mark on the corner of my pillow cases and my bed sheet I took pictures of all four times

Could tell that housekeeping was lacking. But it was cheap room to catch some sleep after a late flight before driving home 2 hours.

They had a room available on the first floor and switched me to it at no extra cost. I am disabled and can't carry stuff up or down stairs.
Negatives:
Room could have been better cleaned and inside of microwave was dirty. They don't clean things well and fingerprints and dirt can be seen on everything.
