I book the hotel with my debit Mastercard and they took out a deposit for the room, and when we arrived at the hotel I wanted to pay the rest with cash,they said that cash was no good. But then he changed his mind and said if we're paying with cash we had to pay and additional $150 deposit on top of the $187 that they already took out of my checking + the $625 for the room. He made his own rules up, so ridiculous and arrogant!!! If paying cash along with a credit card on there file is such an issue with this hotel, they need to make it noted clearly on there website that they only except payment by credit card only. Stop making your own rules as you go just to make people stressed out. Won't be staying there anylonger. This use to be my go to hotel every year never any problems before with cash and card on file.

Positives:
The breakfast was better than previous reviews, the pool area was small but perfect for what we needed, the room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful and breakfast staff was OUTSTANDING during busy times!
Negatives:
They charge too much for pets, we had 2 small dogs and they charge $25 per dog per night! $50 extra. Definitely ask for a discount, we ended up getting it for $40 per night because our dogs stay in their kennel.
