no coffee pot in room like advertised, no one came to clean room or ask if we wanted towels ,or our room cleaned. accused me of smoking in my room. never did i! I watch housekeeping lite a cigarette inside the building. i left a blanket and sheet my son went there and they said it wasn't there. door didn't lock from inside. hair in the tub had to wash it before I showered

Negatives:
Our room smelled like an ash tray. We had to by febreeze to make it fresh. I smoke and couldn't stand the smell. We stayed here before when it was super 8 and never had this problem.
