There were roaches in the room, non smoking room smelled like smoke so much that it caused me to have an asthma attack after being in there for only 20 seconds, there were signs of bedbugs on the mattresses.

Nothing. Cigarette burns on toilet and all over the sheets and blankets. Cleaning person did not knock or anything and just came in our room at 9am and the checkout was 11. Terrible hotel. Do not recommend.

The breakfast was pretty disappointing since the waffle maker didn't work. The extra charge for my dogs was not disclosed until I checked in. Other than that, excellent stay.

It was nice that they had bagels and cereal, but the waffle maker was not working correctly. They do charge $20 per pet, which was not mentioned when I booked the room. But they put us on the first floor near the exit, which was wonderful.

The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were tiny. Otherwise everyone was great

Welll the lobby smelled funny. The bed was hard as a board. We had a king sized bed with 4 pillows. These pillows were so small. You would have need 10 of them to actually be comfortable. The price for 1 night was $180. It was NO way it should be that high.
