The clerk put my personal information into her personal phone and it took me over 30 minutes to check in I had to carry my three year old twins up to second floor because there were no elevators.the beds were way too small.the air condition was very loud.

There had been some kind of leak in the room above it. the lights in the front half of the room didn't work and the room was so humid the sheets and blankets felt wet. when I went to complain there was a note about the lights not working in 4 rooms.

cleanliness was poor, breakfast was not re-stocked well couldn't even get a second cup of coffee, we stayed 2 days and housekeeping didn't clean our room on the 2nd day we had to do that ourselves. no elevator, no fitness center, 30+mi from holiday world.

Horrified. pool closed Bathroom drain rusty. Floor so dirty our socks got dirty So many spiders! We killed 10 and slept with sheets over our heads for fear of them climbing on us. Fridge was not plugged in. Skipped breakfast for fear of bug contamination
