I had confirmation that a special request about a room was met. When it wasn’t the extremely rude lady at the desk acted like it was my fault for using book.com. I made the request due to a medical issue, so I shouldn’t have been told it was met if it wasn’t. I would have booked a different hotel.She said they hadn’t met the request. The beds in the room were horrible. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in my truck. It was like sleeping on a rock.

Breakfast was typical but very good. Issues with the room heating and cleaniness but both were addressed and corrected. Staff friendly. 24 hour staff and snacks available.
Negatives:
our original room was not made when we arrived after 10pm. Had to find another room. The controls for the heating were not connected at all. Maintenance person had to bypass to make the heater work.

There seemed to be a lot of teens running around in the halls all times of the day. Including after quiet times, talking loudly, using profanities, and bouncing balls down the hallways st 12am. The beds were uncomfortable and out dated.
