Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington

Negatives: I was told the late checkout fee was $10 but was charged $20. I understand it costs extra just would've been nice to have been told upfront. The property is rundown but it was extremely clean and bug free. Oh the breakfast consisted of a paper bag for on the go.

Negatives: There were bloody finger smears all over the nightstand. My husband went to the front desk to inform them of the blood. They did offer to change rooms, but my husband requested it be cleaned the next day as we had already unpacked and it was late. I had already moved the nightstand out of the way to avoid contact with it. It was not cleaned even the next after returning from being out all day. They had even come into the room and made the bed and picked up towels. The front staff came back and cleaned the bloody area the second night when i complained and found even more blood splatters in the bathroom. The front staff came back and cleaned the bloody area. She found even more blood splatters in the bathroom. I had already cleaned up a couple of spots of blood. Finding the backslash to be totally disgusting. I even took a picture of the wash cloth I'd wiped it down with to show them the degree of dirtiness. The first night, when discovered, I emailed management. I emailed a second time the next night. I even called to report the incident and was told I would get an email response within 7 days. After not getting a response in ten days, I emailed again. Still no response from management or corporate. The fingerprint smears were concerning because someone could have been severely injured in that room, and it's a bloodborne pathogen. The last thing I would want to do is contract bloodborne disease because someone failed to do their job. It's even worse that the only person who was concerned was the front desk staff.

Negatives: I liked it all. We paid for what we got but being so late and being exhausted from our trip and not asking for a room with a hotub and walking in was a surprise We loved it

Negatives: I hate that horseshoes is closed

Negatives: TV skipped constantly. Couldn't watch

Negatives: The TV didn't work. I was supposed to be contacted back by a manager. That never happened. I tried to call and reach them several times with no results just excuses

Negatives: Cobwebs on the ceiling. Smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Cigarette stains on the countertops. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Exterior doors were not locked, didn’t feel safe.

Negatives: The continental breakfast they advertise is NOT that. Apparently they are bags with snacks in them. Totally misleading. Our room was across from the ice machine and the walls are terribly thin. Heard EVERYTHING in the hallway at all hours! The TV was so small and only got a couple of channels which were fuzzy, the rest were frozen. The facility has a very musty, old smell.

Negatives: We had to wait on a room to be cleaned. It didn't take terribly long, but the front desk worker didn't seem to care that we had to wait. She made it seem like this was a regular occurrence. Continental breakfast was a paper sack with a granola bar (not even a good flavor) and a mini bottle of water located next to the front desk. There was only one sack that actually had a granola bar. The rest had already been picked through, leaving only water.

Negatives: The bathroom was filthy the carpet looked like it had never cleaned. The tv was way too small and service was not good at all. We stayed there because of the name. Days inn. In my experience of a 65 yr old days in. In my day was the BEST. I chose because of this and I have never been more disappointed. You need to renovate and keep up with your competition. I could go on but my stay tonight is best western and it is FABULOUS!

Negatives: The room was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned completely. Open shampoo left in the shower, Troy’s and trash under the nightstand and under the bedskirt.
