On the first night of check-in, the electricity was cut off the next morning due to a tornado. For two days there was no hot water, no light, no Internet, the refrigerator did not work, the food went bad. My children froze at night because the heater was not working! In general, this is the worst hotel I've ever seen. There was one woman who said that you would get your money back, she talked to us well. But then another one came and said that no one would return anything to you! She swore at us. I do not know why, we have done nothing wrong to her. This woman's name is Barbara. She wouldn't let us into the hotel when we decided to return on the third day, because we had paid for three nights. She closed the door in her face and said there was no light. And my family and I waited for an hour outside until the light was turned on, we were very cold. A very bad impression was left about this hotel. The kind woman promised that you would return the money to me for the two days that nothing in the room worked.

There were no bugs that we had seen. And the beds were good for the most part. Hot shower.

The mini fridge sounded like a ticking clock. And the outlet was dirty and kinda away from the wall that the fridge was plugged into.
