Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The staff was professional and nice. The bed was comfortable. I bought my own small coffee pot. The room was very clean and quiet.
Negatives:
I had to climb up stairs to go to the office and down the circular stairs to my room and then back up to go through front door. After my concert, I had to do all that climbing up and down again. The hotel is not handicapped friendly. If Im ever in Kentucky, I probably wont be staying there again and wont recommend someone with a handicap to stay there. But, its a very nice hotel.

The property is tired and looks it. It's been a long time since I stayed on hotel that looked like that. The floor of the room was filthy. To the staff's credit, they mopped it immediately when we mentioned it.

Does not have an elevator. Will from now on be sure to put that in my search. Would have thought a hotel with 3 floors would have one. The carpet is old and dirty. I did not take a shower. The shower head was small and did not put out much water. No space on the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Had to ask for the wifi password. Had to have help with the tv. Was told after the nationwide alert, that it messed up the cable. Was not convient to get to. Will not stay there again.

when I arrived for some reason they stated they couldnt find my reservation but Im thinking they maybe they just didnt want me staying there cause of my race since its Kentucky but either way they lied and said they couldnt find it even tho it hadnt been canceled and I was literally looking at my confirmation while there, I made this reservation back in august so you can see why I was confused and upset, yet they stated they couldnt find it, so forget this hotel. it makes zero sense. Couldnt even stay had to get a different hotel.

Someone in another was smoking and we could smell it in our room. The toilet was loose and a drawer in the kitchenette area was broken.

The front desk clerk was very informative, he kept talking when we was ready to go to our room after a long drive but friendly. Ill take that over rude any day.
It was also convenient to the sports center we was playing at. And the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom commode kept running after every flush. I had to take the top off, wiggle the flappers or whatever so it could it refill.
No elevator either!! The stairs are old winding stairs, my daughter almost fell backwards. Which wouldve ended very badly! Hard to pass ppl when they going up and we coming down or vice versa. Someone could get seriously hurt!!

I didnt like my room wasnt clean literally was given keys to a room someone had just stayed in no cleaning done AT ALL. Then they didnt have no more rooms available besides 1 left that was a pet friendly room. When I booked way in advance for my trip I still had to clean my pet friendly room down myself. Good thing the stay was only for 2 nights. They couldnt refund me my money where I could use it to get another room I wouldve had to wait 3-5 business days. Everything just looked trashed. You get what you pay for I guess
