The staff was great, and the room was clean and spacious. I loved having the kitchenette available. The proximity to the LasikPlus surgery center is fantastic, we went here after Lasik.

The thermostat in the room didnt work and the staff that answered the phone was not helpful and I asked for a fan and they didnt have one. It was a hot miserable night.

Location was great. Hotel had several amenities to offer.
Negatives:
Room cleanliness was lacking. Desk had dust and hair on it. The bathroom was lacking cleanliness too. There was hair in the shower floor, and on the shower wall.
We also had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, when we got there 1 of the beds was a sleeper sofa. Not what we really wanted.

Everything was fine except room was near back entrance- could hear door opening and shutting until 3 in the morning. Then on the last night, loud banging woke everyone up - some guest heard someone scream. Very disturbing - felt staff there until then

Positives:
It was a great location, easy in and out and near to the arena we were at all day as well as other conveniences such as gym, grocery stores, etc. The staff was very nice when we spoke to them including the initial lady that checked us in. She was very pleasant. My family enjoyed the pool and gym. I really liked the painting in my room because I thought it was bacon art until the morning we checked out.
Negatives:
The dishwasher fell out completely when we opened it. There was mold in the caulking and the outlets behind/beside the bed were touchy. We had to manipulate cords to get them to work and the phone didn't work at all even though it was plugged in. The beds were very comfortable, we had plenty of linen, and when we went downstairs to ask about anything, they were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was not as good as other Home2Suites locations we've stayed in though..
