Negatives:
Breakfast was not "hot", as advertised, and as it has been in past stays. Cheap. Only a line for the waffle machine and stale pastries. Carpeting in rooms and hallways need replacing.

the night manager on duty when we checked out at 4am went beyond her job responsibilities to assist us with getting to the airport when our booked taxi did not arrive. she used her own UBER and bank account to order us a ride and ensured we made it in time for our flight - Amazing!!!!!

good hotel but location relative to airport was not ideal. great night manager.

The property was very helpful when i contacted them and informed them i had covid. They were able to place the room back up for rental. They said if I contacted Booking.com I should receive a partial or full refund.
Negatives:
So far I have tried to contact Booking.com to no avail. Please refund some accommodation for this situation. I belvieve my credit card was charged in full. Also let me know that you have received my communication and are considering it. I guess if i dont hear anything, i'll file a dispute with my cc company. But hopefully thats not necessary. Thanks for your help.

The mattress and pillows were so comfortable I loved them. The air flow and air conditioning worked great and smelled clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
When you took a shower the tub filled up a bit with water as the drain couldn't keep up with it. It was a little tricky communicating with housekeeping just because of the language barrier but they were helpful. There was a small lounge area that would have been nice to hang out in at night but unfortunately it wasn't open and I assume that is due to short staffing. There's really no place outside to sit or relax.

1st room was dirty, hair on floor of bathroom, mold on bathtub. Contacted management, day manager closed room and assigned us another room which was no better. Toilet seat was missing cover to bolt that holds toilet seat, black mold had formed. Manager had no more rooms, refunded our payment.
