The breakfast was not what was described. We asked for more towels and I had to trade in our dirty towels to get new ones when I only wanted extra towels. The staff acted like the towel came out of their paycheck. The staff was rude. The woman who checked us out was the only personable staff at the facility. The room was dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable. The channels were extremely limited

I liked: My room, the lobby was pretty and I liked the location.
Negatives:
I didn't like: The ice machine was broken, the orange juice was not very good, no eggs for breakfast, TV was not on, with the exception of checking in, the staff did not speak to me as I walked past front desk numerous times. In addition, the pool was closed, and the hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. Really? And what is with the guy who appeared to be living out of a storage unit in front of the entrance? With a grill, picnic table, friends, and junk lying around? And, there was no guide for the TV. One must go through every channel one-by-one. Annoying.

The remote didn't work. Went downstairs twice and was given extra remotes, but none of them worked. Some of the buttons on the tv didn't work. Wished someone would have asked if I had a preference on an upstairs or downstairs room.
