Positives:
Beautiful building and facilities. Breakfast was very good.
Negatives:
I was in a handicap accessible room with accessible shower. But there was a sliding door to the bathroom and the bathroom opening to get in was too small for my wheelchair. I just barely could get in but the problem was it's so close to the counter on the opposite side that I found it very hard to try to maneuver into the bathroom to use the shower and facility. It is not very handicap accessible or handicap friendly.

That the water pressure was not that great in the shower and the buffet was depleted by 9:30 and no one was replenishing the food prior to you requesting and most of the time nothing was available to replace missing items.

The location was secure.
Negatives:
The jackhammer. Renovation was expected, but the jackhammer from 9 to 6 was an unpleasant surprise. The pool had been emptied so swimming was impossible the first day and freezing the second. There was still dust and hardware left in the room from renovating. The HVAC only affected half of the suite. The breakfast was all consumed by the time we arrived. There were only three towels and no toilet paper. The phones did not work to be able to call desk or housekeeping. Housekeeping walked in three times while we were still there.

Very clean and Updated Embassy Suites. My wife and I stayed in an Embassy Suites in Nashville.... Horrible! Outdated! Carpet from when I was born in 76. Breakfast in Louisville was ON POINT... ROOM ON POINT! WE will definitely stay at Louisville Embassy Suites in the future! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!
