Love Lisa, one of the front desk clerks, she was always willing to help in any way she could. The breakfast was also nice

The location was far from downtown so not much going on in the area. A friend also came to pick me up a night and there was a vagrant sleeping on the back step which was a bit scary

It was clean and in a nice location

There were ants in our room. The internet in our room didn’t work, and when we called the desk about it we got hung up on. We went down to the desk to get help with it and someone came up to our room to try to fix it. When she couldn’t figure it out she said she’d send another person up momentarily to fix it, but the person never came. The whole payment process was really confusing and there was money going in and out and in and out of my account the whole stay.

I liked that the floors are tile. The last Quality Inn had carpet and even though we wore socks it was still gross.
Negatives:
The bed was a little hard, almost like sitting down on plywood. The shower curtain rod was loose and it sagged in the middle so both ends of the curtain kept sliding to the middle allowing water to accumulate on the floor.

-parking was a little rough because of shipping like containers but not to worst
