A mouse ate through our snack bag and the first room they put us in was still not cleaned. Front desk woman wasn’t a personable person as well with a slight attitude I didn’t feel like dealing with. Overall otherwise the cleanliness was less than par.

The hotel had bedbugs. I told the staff that already knew of the bedbug infestation and still wanted to see photos. I showed him photos and he moved me to another room. The room that he moved me into the second time seemed clean but their was a mouse.

When me and my husband got there the guy behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful well we got her we got our room we took a shower and we went to eat in the 20 25 minutes we were gone our room was tossed my phone was stolen my jewelry was stolen and on top of that on top of that the cameras in the back were painted to look like the the rest of the building so when we ask for our money back they refused and when I asked to have my things back they told me to go f myself and call the cops but we knew that there was nothing could be done because those cameras were painted so we left I rate that as a zero I will never stay there again and I hope I hope and pray somebody can do something about these people they are robbing people tossing their rooms taking things that are not theirs and then looking at you and saying well how did they get in there I don't know you have the key

It was clean upon arrival. Check in and check out was fast and easy.

Noisy outside at night. Our room wasn’t cleaned (garbage removed) towels and coffee not restocked at all during a 3 night stay.
