Loved the step in shower - no tub as well as the higher toilets
Loved the height and comfort of the bed as well as the spaciousness of the room

Positives:
We stayed at the Sleep Inn for a funeral in SW VA and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the rooms are. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! "Hot breakfast" is key for us when travelling, and this hotel did not disappoint. There were plenty of food and beverage items to pick from. If you leave hungry it's your own fault!
Negatives:
Not the hote's fault at all, but we were disappointed that we didn't see a bear since their is a bear warning sign on the property.

The room was on the first floor. Nice and roomy. Had a good feel to it. Very good lighting. Nice spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. The tv was good sized and across from the couch, not the bed.
Negatives:
Our check in person could have been a little more personable.
