Negatives: Reserved a non smoking room. All they had was a smoking room. Lock didn’t work when we arrived. They did fix it once we brought it to their attention. Daughter was scared the rest of the night that someone could enter our room.

Negatives: There was visible bedbugs on bed. There was urine stain on sheets. Heater was not working. Cigarette burns on window curtains. Weird and questionable stains in bathtub. Rotten food in fridge. Second TV stand was broken and TV missing. Room smelled awful. Did not even last more than 5 minutes before we left room and check out. Also major trash was on stairwell which was our source to reaching our room.

Negatives: I booked a stay for November 11-12, 2023. When I arrived that evening, a bed bug outbreak was going on. Angry customers informed me as I entered the parking lot. When I went inside, the lady at the front desk confirmed that she had cancelled several people due to the bed bugs so I cancelled. It is now December 25th and I have not received a refund. I have had to call the hotel several times and Booking.com several times. Booking say that they have to receive a reply via email from the hotel but the hotel says they do not see the email and most of the staff I talk to act like they don't even know how to check the hotel's email. I've been told by staff that they would call back and they never do.
