The toilet and shower were not clean. There was grime and hair around the bottom of the shower stall. The shower had hardly any water pressure.

The pool was not heated. I was looking forward to using it every day and it was too cold to be in.
The door handles to the bedroom were a little tricky to get into. The staff said if it doesnt work by pulling it down, then pull it up. It would be nice for all of the doors to be consistent.

- Bathroom sink was clogged and backed up the previous guests peanuts or food.

The beds were probably the best hotel we have ever slept in. Staff was friendly but their apologies had a Venere of dismissiveness

The room keys never work. The staff new they didnt work. The staff you blame us for the keys not working. The maids said the keys dont work. A guest that stained there many time said the keys never work. FIX YOUR KEY AND LOCK SYSTEM.
