It was dirty beds well well worn . Carpets youre feet stuck to them. It’s well past its prime ! The system in the toilet kept on going all night . We complained to the front desk for a refund ! But they said it was up to 3rd party which is Booking.Com . This is the second accommodations we have had problems with ,one in Cinque de Terre ! But we had absolutely no feed back from you to resolve this matter! You answer was to contact the accommodation . This is our opinion is the one thing that let Booking. Com Down !!!!

there was no heat in the room and they said the repair man was gone for the weekend,so they gave us blanket's,it said the room had disability access but the beds were so high ,i'm 5 ft tall and have a bad knee and couldn't hardley get in bed

Hotel staff was very unprofessional. There was a medical emergency in the lobby and the staff did not attempt to help . The guest passed away and the hotel did not clean up the mess from the ems workers for almost 12 hours. They thought it was funny that this guest fell down the stairs (because they "THOUGHT" He was "drunk". Drug deals in the parking lot, dirty rooms. And staff was never at the desk. They appeared to be short staffed.
