Positives:
The place was a little run down looking and there seemed to be some people living there. Also people hanging out in the parking lot being noisy. No vending machines but they did offer sodas and other things for a good price. There was hair around the tub/shower area so I wish I had paid a little more and stayed at Hampton Inn or somewhere else a little nice and cleaner for the $136.00 I paid for one night! Wouldn’t stay here again

Positives:
The breakfast was not bad at all; plenty of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
While the staff was very friendly, I didn't see one of them that had a "professional" look of hotel staff. Our room smelled like a musty gym that they had tried to freshen by using air freshener. We were on 1st floor. Heard a small child crying for awhile; definitely not soundproof. Cloth chair in the room was very worn.
