The free breakfast was nice. I especially appreciated the Kind bar and the fruit. For a self-serve breakfast, you offered a sufficient variety.
The Staff is top notch. We had some rowdy and loud neighbors one night and I brought the issue to a Staff member. She thanked me and waited until I returned to my room. A few minutes later, the neighbors were settled and that was the end of the noise for the rest of the night. Thank you so much for addressing things professionally and quickly.
The location is fantastic - super close to the Ark Encounter and the highway. I stayed here last year for the Answers For Women Conference and I returned again with a friend.
The beds were firm, plenty of pillows, sufficient towels.
Negatives:
Dairy-free yogurt would be a nice addition as well as honey for tea.
I didn't see the front desk phone number in the room anywhere. I may have missed that, but it would be handy to have the number near the phone.
We tried to connect our phones to the television to watch a video, but couldn't see how to make that possible. If it is possible, it would be ideal to have instructions in the room near the television.
A hand towel rack would be a convenient addition as well.
A note in the room regarding where to get ice would be helpful.

Our original room had a very noisy heating system. The staff was very accommodating in providing a different room for the second night. This room had a much quieter heating system. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast.
