The loud slamming of doors. The bathroom had stuff in the crevices that was there when we got there and only two towels.

The room smelled really bad. There were cigarette burns and large stains all over the duvet. There was also a used hypodermic needle and cigarettes in one drawer in the kitchen. My husband got an eye infection from sleeping on the pillow. When I turned the bath tap on a brown liquid came out. It was so dirty that i didnt want to bath. There were hairs in the bed. It was the most horrible room I have ever slept in. It was very late when we arrived and we just wanted to sleep hence why we didnt change rooms. Else I would.
