Serve a decent breakfast. Coffee was so bad I couldn't drink it, apple and orange juice smelled spoiled. Eggs were half done, and all food was cold. When I checked into my room, it was so hot, it took a couple hours for it to cool down. This is the second time this year I've stayed at a quality this year, and had the same experience at both locations. Don't plan on staying at a quality inn ever again.

Facility needs updated. Pool closed at 8pm. No hottub. Electrical outlets were loose in the wall. Bed sheets were torn.

the staff was rude. you can only use one payment type, no splitting cash/card. if you plan to stay, bring your own towels if you have children who want to swim because they will not give you any extra. and if they do, that’s all you get. they don’t give you enough wash rags for your whole family. the beds say queen size but they are not queen size, they are full or double at most.

bathroom was gross. lots of water damage and needs some up dating. I was probably clean but looked very worn which made it look dirty.

definitely over priced for quality

I booked through booking.com for 4 guests, however, when I checked in the staff told me I had only booked for two. They Made me pay an extra $40. I was able to prove to them through email I arranged for 4. Beware of third party booking and Quality Inn’s system!
