I was in room 207 the shower curtain has mold on it you have to hold the drain up for the water to go out the tub they had a stain on the sheets & the blanked had holes in it as if someone was taking a cigarette burning holes in it

The Breakfast. I picked hotel because it was a Best Western and breakfasts are usually pretty good at BW, but this place should just shut down the breakfast room. Food cold, out of coffee twice in three days and I was there early

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Reggie was super nice.

The room was not sufficiently cleaned. Obviously the housekeeping staff never looks behind anything including the doors. There were dead bugs and lots of debris laying in the floor. Also the countertop around the coffee pot had not been wiped down in ages. I literally took a rag and scrubbed the baseboard behind the bathroom door. The rag was black when I finished.

This location is rundown, dirty, damp, bugs in the room, and not what was portrayed on the Bookings.com site. I didnt want to use or touch anything in the room not the floor, the counter, the tub, the dresser. This was a mistake. The outside ice machine didnt work AND had flooded the outdoor pathway. The next morning, workmen (not guests) were taking ice. The room door didn't close easily, the cardkeys didn't work smoothly, the microwave didn't work, the front wall A/C was super loud, and the room was damp. The "breakfast" area was hardly big enough for three people to maneuver in. The whole experience was atrocious. We were booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night.

Its very outdated and not the cleanest. The smell of marijuana was strong on more than one occasion. Its seemed to be one step above a crack hotel. Luckily we only stayed in the room long enough to shower and rest before going back to the hospital to stay with family.

The room smelled so heavy of fabuloso I couldnt take a deep breath. At least it was clean! But damn the smell is STRONG. Just a top sheet on the bed, no comforter. Why are hotels doing this?
The employees are rude, especially the night guy. Wow. He really hates his job and is taking it out on people checking in. Wouldnt stay here ever again.
