They promised to refund us because we couldnt stay there.
Negatives:
They advertise as being part of a franchise but dont deliver the same quality as the other hotels in the franchise. Very dissatisfied. The room should have been with refrigerator and kitchenette but it was far from that. As we were leaving they finally had someone coming with a refrigerator that could barely hold a couple of drinks.
