Positives:
Location is great. Staff always ready at the desk. Overall clean rooms, though I do not like carpet in hotel rooms. I have stayed here several times.
Negatives:
So, something odd. The toilets are installed at a weird angle. The toilet seats have are most likely not able to sit in the upright position. The elevator was broken, they did call me ahead to see if I wanted to cancel though.

The flexibility of the assistant manager, who understood our dissatisfaction about the room, due to wrong information on Booking.com.

I do not know if Booking.com or the hotel is responsible for the information on Booking.com app, but the rooms offered for this price are absolutely not the 27 m2 ones.
Consequently you are very disappointed if you enter the very small room of maybe not even 12 m2, without any cupboard or possibility to hang your clothes. There is no space enough for 2 big suitcases
If you want to stay for one night with a small suitcase and don’t want to spend too much money, it can be an option.
For a higher price a few 27 m2 rooms are available though.

Positives:
Close to where I needed to be for a funeral
Negatives:
Not being ready when I got there none extra things where open pool or gym . When I ask for a extra pillow for my what supposed be second bed turn out to be a pull out couch they didn't have any they said and day guy was rude when we where down trying get breakfast took syrup and backup the breakfast upon my check out day I left before the 11 am check to get air in my tire come back to check out they had my room clean threw out my belongings from fridge

My husband left his jewelry in the room, went back to retrieve it and one of management was very rude and police had to be call to property and retrieve my husband when they told him they didn't have it and suggest he could call police if he wanted. Very rude and impolite to paying customer that had extended there stay there.

Bed sheets had stains on them and the hotel has a weird smell. Also the shower head was completely rusty, It just doesn’t feel like a clean environment.
