Negatives: they put in a out of other room didn’t notice until i told staff about the bathroom sink flooding and water literally going everywhere, they are no dishes you have to ask for some and also no way to clean the dishes unless you ask for dish liquids, the room was somewhat clean no outside area for you to chill drink and snack machines where out of order and the tv i had in my room sound literally kept going in and out this hotel was trash .

Negatives: Customer service was bad the guy I checked in with he didn't know anything. I tried to extend a day and he didn't know how. I checked out the next morning and checked in to another hotel. Very disappointed... No hot water to take a shower no cups in room most hotels I stay in when out of town they have coffee makers and cups no ice buckets or machines. Worst hotel I stayed in...

Negatives: The roach I found in my room. How horrible the room smelled. The toothpaste all over the bathroom wall up to the ceiling. How dirty the floor was. How dusty the tables and TV were. Just very run down. The girl at the desk during the day couldn’t get off her phone long enough to have a conversation about check in/out. She was incredibly rude!

Negatives: There is not enough blanket.. 3 pillows for 2 guests that were flat as pancakes rooms smelled like smoke, and I say rooms because we got moved to another one after we checked in to our first one that was smoked in..broken bathroom vanity no dishes or pots at all in room even though you have a kitchenette..burner on stove did not work..stove looked like it was from a junkyard. And charged for early check-in..
