IT IS BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE CUSTOMER WHEN HOTEL HOLDS MONEY FOR POTENTIAL DAMAGE İN THE ROOM BECAUSE THE ROOM IS ALREADY FALLING APART , HOW WORSE IT WILL GET? EVEN THE METAL AROUND DOOR WAS STICKING OUT TO CAUSE HAZARD. BATHROOM FAUCET WAS NOT JUSTIFIED TO THE TUB. TOILET COVER HAD DAMAGE. COFFE MACHINE TRAY WAS NOT FITTING AND ANGLED. PARKING GROUND WAS FULL OF TRASH. COCKROACHES WANDERING AROUND. A GENERAL BAD SMELL IN THE ROOM AND MORE

There was no bath towels nor no shower curtains when we first got there. Secondly the phone nor the alarm clock worked. Thirdly there was dead roaches on the floor behind the chair.

It was nasty, it smelled like mold and pee, paint peeling off the celling ,bed lining were not clean we had booked it for 7 days and checked out as soon as we could so we checked in at 5pm on 5/22/2021 and checked out 5/23/2021 we had to stay that first night or sleep in the car and there wasnt much sleeping they should be ashame to charge people i will never book here or any where not even if it was free so disappointed what a way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary
