Negatives: I didn’t stay because they sold my reservation, when arrived at 11:30pm doors were locked and the desk person responded through the door that it was full, when I asked about my reservation that was paid she said it didn’t matter, they sold it, I had to find another place and argue with Booking.com for a refund. Which I never got. Don’t use booking.com and never stay at this place.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Elevator was out of order. Hotel staff tried to require my 80 year old disabled husband (who walks with a cane) to climb 3 flights of stairs!!! Then made him wait for hours for a room on the ground floor!!
