Positives:
Nothing! It was condemned, shut down, closed. From the size of the weeds grown up around it had been close for some time.
Negatives:
They only had a few paged taped to the doors stating "Water Damage to Roof. Closed." No need because with no lights and trying to find it in the dark, the padlocks on the main door gave that away.
