The location was suitable for the thing that our family had planned
Negatives:
The room did not have hot water the toilet did not flush the floors were dirty and there were roaches crawling everywhere the staff was not friendly and they repeatedly lied to us about trying to accommodate us to fix the toilet and hot water they never showed up we did not have enough tiles in the room that we were told that they were bringing more towels they never showed up we had to heat our water by microwave and run extra water in dirty trash cans and pour it down the toilet to flush it.

Dirty, dead insects. They gave us a room that someone was staying. I was very pissed off. They did change us too a different room. The property looks like it was Crack alley.

Completely filthy. Broken sink. Sticky and dirty floors. Clogged toilet. Lights not working properly. Not enough towels for two people. Run down building except a couple of rooms they have fixed up enough to use.
