The receptionists are literally the worst front-desk people I've seen in 25 years of trips. Absolutely no help in any basic needs (i.e., room cards that do not work) or politeness to make a guest feel home, which is the basic of hospitality

The room was not quite clean and there was not much in the way of necessities on property which was difficult since there is not a pharmacy or convenience store close by.
