Excellent getaway!
Positives:
The proximity to everthing was perfect. The staff was absolutely wonderful, pleasant and very attentative.
I did like that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Negatives:
No view from my room window. I like to drink coffee and look out my window observing the moment outside
To access the restaurant I had to exit the hotel to gain access. No coffee in the room

The location of the hotel is just perfect. Right in the middle between French Quarter and Canal Street. Car Park near by and everything in walking distance. The flair of the old hotel was nice, but in the end too pricy for the offert service.
The front desk at daytime was a blast, the nightshift instead couldn't be more sleepy.
Negatives:
Hairdryer was a melted brick of plastic, we found kids toys right next to our bed (cleaning?), the windows haven't seen water and soap for at least half a year etc.
Coffee and water in the lobby are fine, but a coffeemaker in the room would have been nice too.
Over all too pricy.

Nothing per se about the hotel exactly. I would just say that theres no grassy area if you bring your pets to let them use the restroom. Although the hotel is very dog friendly
