The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special! the checkout desk was excellent and personable! We were also right next to one of the parades for Mardi Gras season!

There was old take out in our mini fridge.

The $25 "destination fee" that was charged at check in. Put $20 credit on Uber for duration of stay. I wish there would have been another option like food & bev voucher since we were not using Uber.

How loud and ride that other guests are. Door slamming all night long. The police arrested the guy in the next to ours. Thought they were going to break the door down and start shooting. Very scary !!!!! And none of the staff apologized on behalf of the motel. We decided to lesa e that morning.
