Between Tuesday, Apr 16th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The staff was very friendly, the place clean and well maintain. Great location, walking distance to many restaurant, shops and 1 blocks from Bourbon Street. You can hear the music and enjoy the scenery from the balcony but once you close your doors, it’s quiet inside. Can’t wait to come back again.
