The woman that worked that night was so pleasant and friendly I forgot her name but the African American woman is always very sweet when I do book. She helps me with everything without any problems

The room was outdated and the floors were dirty house-keeping did a sorry job of cleaning the room. Mirror was half cleaned lots of smearing. The door barely closes in the bathroom and the towels were so dingy. Glad I bring my items with me while on a trip. The hotel if was renovating did not do a good job at all inside the rooms. Outside looks better than inside.

First of all I was booked into a room that was not clean had a cigarettes in the ashtray towels on the floor second I went to the attendant and address my problem she tried she tried to charge me extra for another room. It's not my problem that the room that you booked me in was pre used. I booked the smoking room and do the listen they had the most smoking so that's what I was put in a non-smoking room rough night but we made it
