All 4 elevators were out of service, apparently only work occasionally. We ended up using the stairs which was extremely inconvenient. The area around the hotel has so much garbage lying around. Very sad the city doesn’t clean up the area.

Had to move rooms, TV wasn't working. Then the 2nd room 2 of the lamps didn't work and there was a rip in the sheets. Honestly I was disappointed with the room especially for the price. In my opinion it was way to pricey for what we got.

They took my money, and then told me an hour later when I came back from dinner that they don't allow cats (mine are even declawed) despite being "pet friendly". Carpet in the hotel entry was filthy and wore out. Finishes were all in bad shape and dirty. Brown crud in the tub. Staff all had on uniforms that looked dirty and ill fitting. It looked like a third world country's idea of a casino.
