The people and the room were very nice. Clean, comfortable and a safe area too.

Got overcharged $50 and can’t get an answer from staff for it
Edit: after speaking with the asst gm, i learned that there is an extra charge to cover incidentals and it drops off as long as there was no damage or other incident. This wasn't listed in the policies but it appears to be a common practice.
