Positives:
Affordability, however ended up finding cheaper hotels within 15 minutes
Negatives:
The television was about to fall of it's stand, the entire floor smelled of cannabis
Positives:
Price
Negatives:
The Internet was not up to expectations. My bed was not made up every morning. Towels were not switched out. I had to switch rooms because the phone, in the room, was not working.
Negatives:
at b'fest a man cam in, i assumed he was the cleaner, took a bowl of cereal that had been sitting out in the open and dumped it back into the distribution container VERY UN-SANITARY practice Will not recommend the breakfast bar to anyone
Positives:
Fair pricing, clean room, good food & excellent location - ALL GOOD!
Negatives:
Nothing!
Positives:

Negatives:
The Internet is not working good
Positives:
Night clerk was so helpful!
Positives:
The location is convenient. On the main drag in Augusta, the state capitol. Convenient to the highway. Staff did seem friendly.
Negatives:
For this particular night, for whatever reason, the hotel was $260 a night. I assume something was going on in town, as other hotels were sold out or cost $200 more a night. Hotels in this area are not normally this expensive. Usually, the are all $200 or less. So I took this room, figuring, "How bad can it be?" I am not an excessively tidy person. At least, I don't think so. Hall carpets were worn and stained. Hall walls needed a wash and painting. There are very few handicap accessible rooms and you need to ask for one specifically when booking, because the rest of the place isn't accessible. No elevator. There are stairs in the first floor hallway, as the building is built on a hill. The room smelled funny, a vague wet dog and marijuana smell. It also desperately needed a good vacuuming. There were flecks of unknown matter on the walls. Bathroom sink was slow to drain. I think the sheets were clean. They smelled clean and didn't have any hair in the bedding. But the sheets were older and stained, like blood stains and some weird black stuff on one of the pillow cases. I checked for bed bugs. None that I could see. There was an entire clot of hair on the shower wall. That stuff grosses me out a lot. Lesson learned. I will impose on friends or family in the future, or just not be so cheap. Not worth it.

It's cheap. It's convenient. But, again, it's cheap. And not up to my cleanliness standards.
Positives:
Unfortunately nothing other than location.
Negatives:
The hotel is run down, our bathroom sink did not drain, the vanity light did not turn off at night it stayed on partially flickering and buzzing all night. Longer stay guests had laundry and other items hanging out the windows. Paid far too much to stay.
Positives:
Nothing
Negatives:
Bathroom sink leaked the whole time, Towels are really worn out. Sheets had stains on them - just a tired rundown operation
