Plumbing issues, sink and shower did not drain. I find it gross taking a shower after someone else and by the time your both done the water has filled the tub halfway. Same went for brushing our teeth in the sink. Water just layer there and took an hour to drain

Location of course to the airport, but the whole atmosphere was great. The check-in was smooth and the young lady that checked me in was very courteous and helpful. Also, the fellow that was at the desk when I checked out was helpful as well. Being from south Georgia I wasn't used to the snow, so he had to put up with my silly questions about what happens with schedules and stuff.
I was just very comfortable at this hotel. The restaurant had excellent food! Dinner and breakfast.
The walkway from the airport to the hotel was definitely a plus. I stepped outside to touch real snow and once that Maine wind hit me I quickly retreated back inside.
The room was comfortable and warm and I slept peacefully. I didn't even hear any planes!
Negatives:
Honestly, I can't really think of anything that I didn't like. The hotel looked a little dated from the outside, but once inside the atmosphere just made it very appealing.

This location is perfect for early/late departures & arrivals in Bangor. My only complaint is that the lighting in the rooms is rather dim and they don't offer smart TVs with the ability to stream Netflix & Prime Video (only an issue when you're stuck there during a blizzard) . I have stayed here several times when traveling in and out of BGR, customer service is always excellent.

The staff was very nice and did an excellent job. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The location is excellent for anyone flying in or out of Bangor.

The heater in the room was very loud. The bed was comfortable but the blanket on the bed was way too warm and there was no alternative.
