Negatives: Nothing! Great in all regards~

Negatives: There were screw holes in the wall where the heating cooling monitor was. The room was really warm so I called the front desk to ask where the monitor was and there was no answer. I walked down to the lobby and the front desk staff told me it was by the TV on the console. He was unapologetic and not friendly. You would think the staff would tell you this information before you went to your room. Also, the rugs are worn and appear dingy. They told me breakfast was until 11am and because I didn't arrive until almost midnight I didn't go down until 1030. When I asked for pancakes they said no, not at this time. If breakfast was until 11 I think they should serve pancakes until 11. In addition, the waitress went on about how slow it was that morning so I don't think it would have been difficult to cook the pancakes. I am vegetarian so there wasn't much to offer on the buffet for me. The staff at this hotel has never been that friendly. I have stayed at many Hiltons and this location is one of the worst as far as customer service. The night staff has never been friendly.

Negatives: Entry light not working, HVAC control not working, request for car key for week's parking (not provided), noisy kids running up and down hallway

Negatives: The coffee maker failed to work regardless of the sequence of buttons we pushed. Lights came on and we heard it hiss as though water were being heated, but no coffee ever appeared. Desk staff explained that we had to push the buttons in a particular order. That wasn't helpful and indicates it's a recurring problem with other guests. We were really expecting that coffee when we woke at 3:45am.

Negatives: I had a terrific dinner--salmon, rice, veggies and wine. Breakfast buffet left a little something to be desired for the price. Hubby ordered breakfast off the menu and it was a little smaller than anticipated. Dinner was not the same category at all.

Negatives: Asked about checking in after midnight flight and was told this was very normal. Checked in around 130 am EST we were put in a room that had preplanned construction above us the next morning it was an abrupt awakening and the staff were not understanding of our displeasure. The beds were also quite uncomfortable we stayed pre and post flight because I prebooked both but would not stay again

Negatives: Booking.com not having my reservation paid for when I arrived. The Asst Manager of the hotel was going to bat for me but Booking was very uncooperative.

Negatives: The room door was broken and reported to the hotel staff but didn’t work properly.
